FlashCAN Nissan GTR***News Flash ***FlashCAN Nissan GTR supports the Transmission Control Module (TCM) for datalogging and editing! FlashCAN Nissan GTR supports the 2008 to 2011 Nissan GTR R35, including the new updated 2011 models, and allows reprogramming and tuning of the standard OEM engine management unit. US, JDM, Euro and Middle East vehicles are supported, including the Nismo tuned special edition. To enhance the power of the standard ECU, EcuTek have also designed a series of bespoke features which can be programmed into the standard ECU to provide features normally only seen on aftermarket ECU systems. Live Data FlashCAN Nissan GTR utilises and displays all the standard Nissan diagnostic parameters for both the Engine Control Module(ECM), and Transmission Control Module(TCM), as well as custom parameters using RaceROM feature enhancements. These can be logged and viewed using in-built datalogging facilities, providing even more information for tuning and diagnostics. When connected to a car, FlashCAN Nissan GTR can offer real time data and map tracing. Map tracing shows, in real time, the areas of each map that are being read and used. The FlashCAN Nissan GTR system includes the following components: - EcuTek FlashCAN Nissan GTR ECM and TCM Map Editing and Flash Programming Software.

As with all EcuTek ProECU products if you find a new ROM not supported by our software, we will endevour to add support for the vehicle within 7 days. Nissan GTR 35R The latest kit from Forge Motorsport will be a boon to anyone looking to tune the capable Nissan R35. The latest generation of the perennial super-coupe differs greatly from the launch-spec models, meaning that Forge have had to return to the drawing board to create a new range of tuning products. This intake however, fits every model released so far. When tuning the GTR, one of the limiting factors to getting above 600 bhp is the diameter of the stock induction pipework. Being fairly restrictive, it doesn’t allow higher power. To counter this, the Forge Nissan R35 GTR intake a uses much larger (80mm) custom aluminium tract for massively improved flow and higher horsepower potential. These are then topped off by a pair of custom Pipercross filters, to allow unrestricted airflow from the front of the car. The kit works exceptionally well. So well in fact, that it can only be fitted to a car running aftermarket engine management, such as EcuTek, or Cobb. The standard ECU simply gets confused when seeing such high flow rates past the MAF. However, with the right engine management in place and an appropriate exhaust system to balance it out, this kit opens up the R35’s potential to achieve much higher power and torque figures.
